Comments:
After running to the gym did 4 rounds of:
500m swim
30 pushups
30 abs (situps, leg lifts, 4count Russian twist, bicycle crunches)
Felt great on the swim and the calisthenics really helped break it up
ran to my memaws after the swim and that was kinda awful
