To the Pool

Comments:
Ran to the pool (6.8 miles), did a swim workout, then ran (slowly) to my Memaw's (5.2 miles).

Felt good-ish on the way to the pool, although 2 steaks and a cup of coffee was probably the wrong thing to eat for breakfast and I had to poop pretty bad. Swim went great, but chugged a bunch of water before I left (didn't have any with me) so I got some cramps when I started. Walked a little bit but then ran most of the way. It was so awfully hot today!! Way out was a little faster, maybe 7:45. Way back was 8:15 maybe
