Weather: Sunny /VERY HOT!!

Comments:
i had cramps when i started but then after a mile it went away. so i started slow and kept on increasing speed. i did my house to Montgomery village and back, then ran 3 times around a 1.2mile loop. it was very very very hot!. even though it was a 5:30pm.i also did Drills and striders. overall it was a fun run.
