Did some KB snatches (50lb).

R-handed snatch
L-handed snatch
Did 10 more snatches for each arm to cool down.
Death by Pull-ups with 10 swings after each set of pull-ups. Made it through 6 rounds before running out of time.
Did some random L-sit holds on the pull-up bar/dip bars.
100x Push-ups
50x Sit-ups
100x 4-count flutterkicks
50x Sit-ups
