Tempo Tuesday

Comments:
I think the tempo went well. Not sure how far I made it but I was cruising for the first 14:10. I dropped Brett at 6:30 so I was on my own for the majority of it. After I turned around I lost my momentum and my pace started spiraling downwards. At about 18:00 I pulled my head out of my ass and finished the tempo relatively strong. I just stopped thinking about how terrible I felt and started thinking about how bad ass Dalton's conference race was (cheesy I know) but it worked for some reason. Dalton Moberly is a stone cold bad ass.
