Man oh man. Haven't felt this sore since the beginning of the season. I'm surprised at how long it's taking to recover fully from the 8k.
Threw in some surges, pull ups, planks, 1' intervals, 2' interval, one 3' interval on the hilly side of Long Pond.
Saw AM and told him I wasn't doing the Tely; and that there's another Adam Snow registered. He thanked me.
It's was crappy day at work at a crappy day one the trails. Let's list some things to look forward to to keep things positive: dinner with CC, playing with Benson, Racecar Mike's stag party tomorrow night, hummm, that's about it.
Keep on swimming. When you're going through hell, keep going. Keep your head up. Eat pray love. That's a big twinkie.
