hot tempo

Comments:
it was hot, and wyatt and i went to gfs to get food for mohican. so i didn't start running until a little before 6:30. for some reason it seemed like a good idea to do a tempo-steady state thing. ran up north park, around the first lake and over to shaker. started at south park and went up to green, then came back on shelburne to north park. a little slower on the way out because of the uphill. felt pretty comfortable though.
