Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I went to veale, up to mayfield via little italy, up the mayfield hill by cemetary, then turned around. Out and back. That hill killed, but I still maintained a good clip.

I want to take it easy on the calves, so I'm minimizing the speed running (on the toes=calf pain). Calves hurt a little after this, so I'll take it slower tomorrow.
