Running in the middle of the day in San Antonio is not fun... After we finish for the day there is always a bunch of people who go to the track to workout. Today I decided to break out the new 730s that I've had for a couple of months.
Warmed up with an easy mile in a little under 8 minutes.
800m, 800m, 400m, 400m, 200m, 200m. 1:1 rest.
I'm not sure what my splits were but I felt slow and out of breath very quickly. APFT is one week from today!
Got back to the hotel and stretched and did some push-ups:
