Reverse Water Tower

Comments:
TOO DANG HUMID!! Like yesterday, except subtract 20 degrees and add 20% humidity. Took a while for my throat to open up and my legs never fully eased, but it was not a bad run overall. Got some cramps toward the end but wouldn't let myself walk. Did my water tower loop but in reverse order, making sure to hit as many hills and long inclines as possible. I think it was worse this way but kinda good too because almost all the hills were done by the halfway point. Then I took my sister to the church/cemetery and "coached" her on a little running workout! REALLY excited for her triathlon tomorrow!
