Damn it! I had been doing well all month and then blew it this week. Total of 4 days including a 3 day stretch that I am coming off of. Been doing a good job drinking water and Gatorade instead of soda now I need to work on the ciggs a little more diligently ! Got 12 days left to run 64 miles.
