Comments:
Dropped off my car to get the oil changed and ran over to the track. Did a mile warm-up and some drills. Mile repeats were a bad idea... First one was 6:21. Felt like I was going about 80%. Next two mile repeats were 6:13 and 6:20. Felt pretty good on the second one but the last one felt like death. Doing these during the hottest part of the day was not one of my best ideas. Cooled down by walking for about 10 minutes.
