Feeling good. Only slept an hour last night -__- so was expecting a real shitty run, but it was surprisingly great! My shins and ankles are bothering me a ton, but I think some icing will help.

Ran a mile or so to meet up with kt, and then we ran the rest of the run together. Was really nice, the weather wasn't so bad. just have a blister on the pad of my toe where I land which is so annoying. I wanted to punch something! So sick of my feet bothering me. But besides that, I EASILY dropped the pace to 6:30 at the end of the run. My stride felt awesome and different, not so bouncy, and I felt really strong. It was such a glimpse of hope after a really hot, really slow week in NJ. And I got Katie to come along with me!!!! I love my best friend. Last mile was 6:29 :D (EASY) Only one mile was VERY slow, 8:15, because it's always my slowest mile, it's purely uphill. One whole mile uphill. I really need to get better at it. That's my new goal.

Lifted & did weight room core with dynamic and a bit of ab ripper.
