Comments:
Ran 2 miles on roads, about 1 on access road to total about 25 mins, then i stopped for 5+ mins to poop so my heart rate was down when i started back up. Ran a large portion on the roads then (6 or so) and my heel and ankle area going up my leg started bugging me just a bit, but when i finished the last 5 or so mins in the trails it went away. Probably could have gone longer cuz i felt pretty good at the end
