Long Run

Weather: cool, probably 70s

Comments:
Started at 7:45pm so it was a comfortable temperature. Ran majority on roads with Chris and Tom. Felt much better today than the last two long runs. I didn't think I would feel too good since I golfed earlier and it was hot and I didn't eat too much today (Hot Harry's around 1 and then a yogurt and some cheese and crackers before the run.) I think my problem of feeling nauseous after the past two long runs was because I was drinking too much water too quickly right when I got back so I avoided that today. Kept the run real chill, picked it up a little bit at the end and finished with a 6:33.

I wish my log entries had cool quotes like Weston's.
