Weather: hot conditions, humid
Comments:
Not thrilled, but it could have been worse. No PR - finished right at 1:33:00. Felt slow from the beginning of the race with no zip in the legs. Can't blame hot conditions because it was the same for everyone and my competition did fine. Ultimately, I just need a break. Taking 1.5-2 weeks of active rest. Need to talk to some experienced friends about a smart 10 week plan for a marathon October 11th.
