1000m race(open water)- 18:07

Last year's Rodney T. Miller tri .7 mile open water swim (1150m)- 25:19 (36:10 mile pace)

This year's 1000m open water swim- 18:07 (29:09 mile pace)

With additional pace added onto the 1000m swim to equal .7 mile swim(for comparison)- (2:16 to 2:49) 2:16 is this year's pace for swim for the extra 125m to make .7 miles. And last year's 125m split is 2:49 for the Rodney T. Miller tri.

Therefore, I have improved my time from last year to this year for the 1000m swim roughly 4:23. 25:19-2:49= 22:30- 18:07= 4:23 improvement for the 1000m and roughly 4:37 for the .7 mile swim distance.

I refueled from the swim with a protein shake, energy bar, and water.
