3x1.5 mi at T pace down the long straightaway on the labyrinthe main entrance with frank. had to go out, back, and out again. we had talked about working out there before, but this was the first time we did it. it was perfect - completely flat, packed dirt, and some loose dirt/sand for the last half mile which added resistance. distance was based on frank's garmin (had us at ~5:35/mile, but those suck on trails), but the pace was at least 5:20-24 based on feeling/effort. also started with a stride on the first rep.

legs were sore today due to the last few days, but otherwise i felt great due to all the sleep/rest i've been getting at home. last .5 was 2:30 (supposed to be a pickup). long strides after cooldown
