Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran mile to meet up with kt. We weren't planning any sort of fast run or anything like that but we sort of just took off... It was awesome. She stopped to throw up once but it didn't work out. My favorite thing about Katie is the fact that she bitches and whines and thinks she can't finish runs BUT HOMEGIRL ALWAYS PULLS THROUGH. ALWAYS. I take off on her all the time, and she falls behind, but she always pulls through at the end of runs and sprints up the final hill with me. My girl. Went on the track with her and Hannah and just kind of hung out, did some hip stuff and parts of circuit. Was so fun.
I feel strong. 6:30 pace is easy almost. Yeah I was fatigued by the end, but could have probably hit a couple more miles at the same pace just fine. I FEEL STRONG yah
