Comments:
Did one legged squats and Clamshells, those were only leg exercises. Did some core. Noticed again that IT band was very stiff and sore after run. Nothing bothered me during run, and form was natural, but after run tightened up, went on foam roller but it didn't really help. Did IT stretch, and stretched hamstrings, quads, pretty much every muscle, but made sure not to over stretch. Since this problem has been going for around a week now, decided I will have to look into better orthotics, so I decided to call a podiatrist monday, when the place is open (tom michaud in newton) I also decided to call PT monday to ask about anything else.
