Comments:
Didn't do any leg exercises or weight bearing drills. Did some core and stretched normal amount, didn't want to overstretch. Went on the foam roller gently to loosen IT band. Noticed that if I rolled as far down my leg as a couple inches above my kneecap, there was intense pain. To the right of my kneecap seemed very tight and painful when I squeezed it. Again, this is only for the right knee, left leg was fine on everything. Like past few days, noticed that I couldn't bend right leg to a normal degree (like I could in my left leg) Range of motion seemed restricted overall, hurt on easy things like a quad stretch. Walking was painful today for the first time mostly, developed a mild limp at times. Going up and down stairs is terrible. The worst pain from a certain motion on the right knee is lunges. Can notice terrible pain when standing up, as well, but lunges hurt a lot. Standing up and sitting down into a chair is difficult as well..
