first run since knee surgery

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
jogged to the gym (6 min) then biked for 30 min to warmup, then got on treadmill for 25 min at 7:00 min/mile pace. had to stop due to legs tightening but got into a rhythm and felt good. knee didn't bother me but the run was certainly hard. tried to go faster than 7 min/mile but was taxing
