305lbs on the deadlift. first set my form was really shoddy. it may have gotten better and better eventually thru set 2 and 3 but i think my hips rise too quickly. but if i feel comfortable with it and no back pain then its all good. 3x4 with 305.

5x8 with 185lbs on the bent over row. i feel that i can activate my back much better with a little bit of hip drive and leg drive.

lat pull down. 3x6 then 1x5 with 170. i think i pulled a lot beforehand. my CNS fatigued by now, and also my callouses hurt like a bitch. then i did a set of 8 with 120. i also used straps but it still hurt.

did 2x12 with 70lbs on the tbar row to try to increase volume and the squeeze on the upper back. worked pretty well.

i'd like to try 2 things. one is to try bent over rows first and not do deadlifts one day. see how i can feel it in my back. next time i'd wanna do sets of 10. then i'd also wanna try a workout where i start with lat pulldowns and see how 170 feels.
