Comments:
Went out the first mile in 6:08 and it felt kinda hard, like i was still getting warmed up. I tried to keep that same intensity for the 2nd mile, and i went through in 11:43 or so. So i backed off but ended up keeping about the same pace for the last mile with less effort. (may have been a tad more than 3 miles)
