Exercise Type: Run
Weather: nice, it was around 8:30 AM, a little warmer than i hoped, should wake up earlier next time
Comments:
I havent ran in about 2 weeks, and even then i havent been running consistantly so this was a bit of a challenge and slower paced
This was supposed to be a 7.35 mile run with Striders and a cooldown but i messed up my right leg when running through an intersection so i limped home. For the most part im pretty sure i just twisted it cus i was able to stretch most of it out at home and get on with my day
