well i felt like shit today!
last time i did 3x5 with 225lbs on the squat. so i was hoping to get about 5 sets of 5 today. first set felt stupidly difficult. and on the second set i get through 4 reps and got pinned on the 5th rep. 
had to back down to 205 and 185 for awhile. man fuck thats the worst feeling ever, to not hit what you did previously. i even had a heavy stim bomb. 2 scoops of Unleashed. the tinglay was ridiculous i think i was still tingling in the shower afterwards. 
but fuck. i dont think im under recovering. it doesnt seem like the caloric restriction is catching up to me. cuz its only been like a week. 2 weeks. strength levels shouldnt go down too quickly, unless my bodyfat percentage was already lower than i thought to begin with. another could be lack of intramuscular water retention.  i weighed in at just about 155lbs this morning, which is definitely low. i probably didn't drink much water yesterday and plus i had a strong dose of pre workout which is highly diuretic. so i def lost intramuscular and joint fluids, giving me less leverage.
