Comments:
ran after work. before i went back to work. fml. didnt feel stellar but not terrible. actually, i felt extremely light today. like i had no fat or something. but after going through a true bulking phase, ive realized the joy of being fat. although running sucks, you generally feel more energized, you can eat more, you are stronger and make more consistent gains. i wish i can go into caloric surplus again. thatll be a few months from now. then i'll be sitting fat and happy
