1.5 mile WU, 2 miles AT, 2 minute rest, 2 miles AT, 2 minute rest, 1 mile AT w/ last half mile harder, 1.5 mile CD

Ran with Chris today. He did the entirety of the first rep, the second mile of the second rep, and the last rep with me. Aiming for around 5:40s on the 2 mile reps today.

First rep was 11:14 (5:32/5:42). Mouth was felt pretty salty after this one which has never happened before but I had some snacks just before this after work because I was pretty hungry.

Second rep was definitely tougher, scraped together an 11:27 (5:42/5:45). My biggest problem today was definitely hunger. Had some rough stomach pains on this one because I just didn't feel up to eating that much today and I didn't start this run until after 6.

Last rep was 5:23 (2:54/2:31). Most of this one was on a gradual incline. Picking it up at the end was tough.

Workout overall was ehhh, not great but not terrible. I guess it's hard to judge any workout really when it's July. Taking into account that the past few weeks have probably been the most mileage I've done in that kind of stretch, I should be pretty satisfied with this kind of effort.
