Just want to put this in here as a note. Today marks the first day I'm going on a dairy free diet. No milk (drinking soy), cheese, yogurt, ranch, PIZZA! :( My stomach hasn't been great this summer and I think it might be dairy so I'm giving it a shot. Going to be harder than any Tuesday workout I've ever done.... pizza pete no more.
