Weather: lovely for July, low 80s and not humid
Comments:
Took the second strongest group (a large one) with a good mix of focused runners, and worked all four hills at a strong race pace and steady in between. Felt like a quality workout for me. Finished with a lap and 6 striders on the grass at STA to fill out the roughly five miles.
