Comments:
Not a bad run. I was able to come back 12 seconds faster. I think my progress is on a level of where it should be right now. I could run a few more miles per week but as far as pace goes I think I got it covered. I cant be banging out 20 min 5k everyday. I am going to have to practice taking the first 5k out fast (under 20) and then coming back with another good 5k!
