i was contemplating skipping today to help me recover given how shitty yesterday went. but i decided i didn't like to not lift, so i woke up and went to the dungeon.  trying to decided the order of exercises, but i decided to redeem myself on the overhead press. so i had 110lbs (yes Lou, that is how much you weigh haha) and hit 5x5. it wasn't easy but not overly difficult. i give it my all on every single rep. i do whatever i gotta do to get that weight up.
took a couple minutes rest and went on the incline bench. since i was pre exhausted, i figured out in the first set that i was better off doing sets of 5. and i was able to do 5x5 with 135.  big plates on incline, woo! felt good, i def feel good activation of pecs on the incline. i also get a pretty good pump on the upper pectorals. the alpha tank should complement this well.
hypertrophy oriented lateral raises. did 4x10 with 30lbs, then a NOS. super pumped delts action right there.  
Then i did some jason blaha style deep far reaching skullcrushers. did 3x10 and let that shit go far, now i def feel soreness in the long head of the tricep. gonna get that tricep hang.
then late night i decided to curl, since ive neglected biceps recently and they'll be usefull in helping me pull on the rows and shit. the grip of the bar was real wierd. so i did sets of 10 liek 4 sets with 60lbs worth of plates on each side. took little rest. then a dropset to 45lbs, then repped out with 45. then i did some hammer curls and just basically fed the muscle with blood.
