Warm-up:
3 min. jump rope
2 laps of lunges to touch toe
2 rounds of 25x butterfly
2 rounds of 10x jump squats
2 rounds of 15x push-ups
6 rounds of 5x power snatch (high elbows and turn and try to get low and under the bar with hands up straight over head)
6 rounds of 5x power clean and jerk
5EOM of 5x hanging power squat (clean, and then bring bar keeping elbows high and holding bar with fingers back)
