Comments:
felt fine during warm up. went out first mile in 5:23 or so adn it didnt feel bad. went by really quickly. 2nd mile had a couple decent hills and i went through in 10:54 i think. last mile was all flat. stayed on the tail end of a group of 4 or so guys. was a little into the wind. went through 3 in 15:44. didnt really have a great kick but definitely didnt suck butt. good effort. nice job, sean.
