Comments:
went to mlk for a short tempo this afternoon. turns out, the start of the path is all messed up, so i tried to come up with another way to do the same distance. i don't know if it worked. felt comfortable, but in the last mile my hips tightened up and were very uncomfortable for the rest of the run. it was like i couldn't extend my legs. i think i need to work on flexibility/strength there.
