Easy recovery run. Wasn't going to run but I have already taken off two days I couldn't go 3 days in a row without running again. Quick little steps, trying to maintain a good breathing pattern as well as a good turnover by trying to push off with my calves

July has been my best month so far. Projecting to have 115 miles by the end. I have been much more consistent and have also been working more on pushups and sit ups. I need to go into August strong and work on a few of the weakness I displayed in July!
