18. EASY RUN.

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 77, breezy, hot and sunny.

Comments:
ran an easy 3ish miles today with lovelace/taylor until the two mile marker, and with yoyo/olivia/ciera for most of the run but i ran by myself for some parts of it cause i sped up a bit. everything was great until like the last 800 meters of my run. my breathing started to get heavy and i started feeling light headed again. i forgot my iron pill again. yeeep. but overall, i felt good. legs felt awesome, it was just the heavy breathing again :( but yeah, great weather, nice breeze :)

splits: 10:12, 9:39, 2:02 (0.25 miles), 9:23.

extra: 2 sets of 45 second crunches, 10 V-ups, plank 1, 6 inches for 45 secs, sitting bicycles, just random ab stuff, and lunge.
