Did an tempo run on south's track. Planned on doing 4.5 miles but stopped because I was tired and didn't want to push it too much. Will increase volume by next week. 800 splits were: 2:39, 2:39, 2:39, 2:39, 2:38, 2:34, 2:33, 2:32. May have slightly pushed beyond tempo for the last mile but felt smooth.
