heavy squat day today, going and taking a crack at 225 on the squat again. got 'em. approached it aggressively and got all 5 sets of 5. i really tried to keep the core and back as tight and hard as i could. my lower back was def still used like resembling a good morning, but i have a feeling it was improved today. i used a belt for sets 4 and 5. next workout im gonna back off the intensity and train more metabolically. sets of 8 with 205.

stiff leg deads. just simply 3x10 with 135lbs. forearms got pretty tired from gripping. hamstrings are currently sore, workload was sufficient.

hack squats. did 50lbs on each side. first set was very tough but it got better the next 2 sets but i strained hard, pushed hard, got sore glutes and quads now.

i def pushed my calves sufficiently hard today. did 100 reps total, 5x20 on bent and straight legged movements. 100lbs on the seated and 4 plates per side on the leg press for the straight legged.

this was a great leg workout and i felt awesome when i was done. during the toughest parts on the squats i was basically walking through hell, but i started smiling towards the end of the workout as the worst of the storm passes.
