Weather: 70s? real easy running weather

Comments:
ran with the HSers again. kept to easy so they could stay with me and I wanted to not push my shin. very glad i made that decision; my shin was really achy afterward. Felt it immediately when I stopped. felt muscular for the first time ever, along with the bone(?) pain.
iced, preventative, ibuprofen

did core and pushups
