Weather: slight wind, good temp

Comments:
4x1200m @ Ipace with Aaron. target was 77-78's. Did: 3:49, 3:48, 3:50, 3:52. Would have liked to do more but my legs were cooked. Laps were between 75-78, for an average of 76.5. Felt pretty good and happy with workout. 3 min recovery, jogged a really slow 400m.
