Comments:
ran warm up in trails so got some hills in then.
ran up the hill by the beach from post to post. took it easy the first couple uphills and just started getting easier to run faster. most were 72-75. never really felt too difficult or tired. ran last one in 69. didnt feel any pain in achilles during.
