Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran with clayton most of the way(starting at about 5 miles) down bike path. got into holland and ran a decent way in it. got kinda tired early on but never escalated to anything too painful. achilles started bugging me around 9 or 10 miles and was faint but constant the rest of the run. stopped to stretch it. by the last mile both achilles felt like they were tugging. didnt hurt when i walked through
