i dont think im ever bench pressing again, not for a few months. if i have a bad first exercise, i have a mediocre rest of the workout. can't seem to get the bench down. i seem to have become stuck at 180lbs. cant get through more than like 3-4 reps. which sucks.

so 3 sets of 4 with Jfrey's help. it sucked. i tried 80lb dumbbells, it sucked too. couldnt get more than like 3 reps. and 70s were tough too at this point, but i guess ive been pre-exhausted.

progressed to 115lbs on the OHP today, but it felt really tough, especially on my left rotator cuff. did 3x3 today with it.

35lb lateral raises was tough too because my left RC was kind of hurting. so then i did some 2 sets with 25lbs.

4x10ish skullcrushers. last set dropset to 40.
