woke up 90min late. so i coudlnt do my lift. went like middle of the day during lab. back workout..
took Monster Rehab and honestly it was good. no sugar so it agreed well with me and i was properly energized during the workout.

190lbs today on the bent over rows. pretty good, got 3x8. dont remember too much of it actually.

next exercise was neutral grip pullups. i wanted to do these to target the lower lats a bit. i tried my 100% to focus on the mind-muscle connection. and it worked reasonably well. wasnt as pronounced as i woulda liked but i def wasnt just tiring out my arms. 4x8 actually felt easy, esp in the beginning. maybe at some point i can use some extra weight on this.

bent over row. started with 50, then 55 for sets of 10s. it was tough. still not completely sure on the lat activation. but i will keep trying different variations and stuff.

curls. used the adjustable ez bar, had 27.5lbs on each side. im guessing the whole thing was like 65-70lbs. did 2x10, then 9 then like 7-3 r/p. then a dropset to 20lbs per side. got a great burn and pump in the biceps. even the bros were mirin' the aesthetics.

i should have done an upper lat exercise now that i think about it
