Comments:
After 8 hours in the car in two days time, I needed to move (plus the cup of coffee I grabbed in Tupper Lake to keep from falling asleep at the wheel was still in my system). Still annoyed about having to break due to the stitch in my side on Saturday, I decided to run the same loop and hit it hard. I warmed up a bit (as promised in previous comments) and got after it. Thanks to some timely help from the old iPod workout mix and a strong kick, I dropped almost a full two minutes off the course for my best time since I started keeping track (...three weeks ago). Very happy with the result.
I only hope the interview went this well.
