Comments:
Very easy run. I got some aches and pains and I tried to use today as a recovery run as much as possible. At least LSD. Tried to focus on mechanics of the foot and leg. Had a short stride and...what I thought was a quicker turner over trying to get the foot to roll nicely. I added a few pickups at mile 4 and finished the last mile at a an ok pace. I got to stay healthy and keep these legs feeling fresh. Tired and sore is ok sharp pains in Achilles is not ok. Going to have a solid month of training and blow get ready to rule the winter races!
