Despite the first two miles being pretty bad, this ended up being my fastest 7 UA (not like I try and race these or anything but it's nice seeing the times go down). My right achilles was hurting really bad the first 10 minutes and I would've gone home was that not a UA run. It calmed down for the most part during the rest of the run.
Started this run 3 hours after I finished my 6 miler, not exactly an ideal double day. First two miles were 6:30 & 6:20 but I picked it up from there, I don't remember all of the splits but one was 5:59 and another was 6:01. I pushed it on the last mile and hit 5:33 so I'm really happy with that as the end of my 13 mile day. Run as a whole felt good, definitely feel like I'm getting in better shape based on the effort compared to pace.
