19. EASY/FASTER RUN.

Weather: 82, no wind, sunny & dry.

Comments:
ran with jenni for the most part but kinda ran with lovelace and taylor until the turn around. i was kind of introducing jenni to threshold pace so we went faster than usual in the middle. we also had to take the longer route due to lolla but it was doable :) i didn't get lost like i did last year. but yeah, the pace was good but the heat was stronger than the past few days. overall, a good run :)
weird splits due to lolla: 10:47, 10:02 (both are longer miles).
extra: plank with lifts, 3 sets of 25 crunches, leg circuit (x5), lunge.
