Warmed up. Did 4x6 mins on axis road. Tried to get further each time and I did except on the last one. Got just under a mile on the first one and it felt pretty easy. Got about 13 seconds further on the next one and 4 after. Last one was about where my 2nd one ended. Started getting difficult during the 2nd interval.
